Third Adventure Completed!
This year it was the turn of the Pacific coast of Panama. A flight over one of the densest jungles in the world, the Darien, all the way down to the border with Colombia.
The flights were high-risk as most parts were inaccessible by land and hardly accessible by the small boats which followed the pilots, due to the vast mangroves covering the coast line. But the magnificent views of this mostly unpopulated and seemingly endless forest compensated for the danger incurred.
During this 14 day long expedition, 200 breathtaking air miles were flown.
