Second Adventure Completed!
This time the "Flight for Life" pilots took on and conquered the Atlantic coast of Panama, flying over the extraordinary islands of the San Blas archipel, thanks to an special permission given by the leaders of the Kuna indian tribe.
The Atlantic Coast offered spectacular vieuws, the reception by the Kunas on the different islands was exeptionally warm, but the flying conditiones were dangerous as the islands are small and separated by masses of rocky and turbulent ocean water. For security they used small boats which diligently followed their small shadows cast upon the sea.
It was a very successful 8 day trip, during which the pilots covered a distance of 92 air miles.
